Vendemmia e specificità: L’anno 2000 in Champagne…Un’annata particolare e difficile…da rasentare il disastro, eppure… il passaggio al secondo millennio è un successo solare e fruttato. Uno champagne di grande equilibrio: Pinot Nero con aromi di frutti di bosco rossi e Chardonnay colmo di fiori.

Degustazione: di colore oro con una bollicina leggera e fine. Al naso è ancora giovane per avere 20 anni: note di noci e nocciole, tutto di grande finezza. Al palato è deciso con una bellissima lunghezza minerale e aromi di frutta secca, litchi, limone: la prevalenza di Chardonnay.

Harvest and specificity: The year 2000 in Champagne… A particular and difficult vintage… bordering on disaster, and yet… the transition to the second millennium is a sunny and fruity success. A champagne of great balance: Pinot Noir with aromas of red berries and Chardonnay full of flowers.

Tasting: golden in color with a light and fine bubble. The nose is still young for being 20 years old: notes of walnuts and hazelnuts, all of great finesse. On the palate it is decided with a beautiful mineral length and aromas of dried fruit, lychee, lemon: the prevalence of Chardonnay.
