Vendemmia e dettagli: settembre 1996 è stata una delle migliori vendemmie di tutta la storia dello Champagne… un’estate calda!!!
Il ricordo di una vendemmia con Pinot Nero che si è espresso ai massimi livelli di eccezionalità.

Degustazione: colore oro antico, con una bollicina fine e persistente, al naso note di burro brioché, cacao, mela cotogna, pane tostato, cioccolato fondente.

Al palato con un bell’attacco deciso, si percepiscono netti sentori di caffè moka, liquore alla prugna, con finale ammandorlato.

Harvest and details: September 1996 was one of the best harvests in the entire history of Champagne… a hot summer!!!
The memory of a harvest with Pinot Noir that expressed itself at the highest levels of exceptionality.

Tasting: antique gold color, with a fine and persistent bubble, notes of brioché butter, cocoa, quince, toasted bread, dark chocolate on the nose.

On the palate with a nice decisive attack, clear hints of mocha coffee, plum liqueur are perceived, with an almond finish.
